Counselling
While helping you find your way, counselling can help you improve your functioning and increase your capacity with improving relationships. Counselling can address many areas of your life which can be of concern - emotional, school, employment, interpersonal connections and physical health.
Counselling can afford you an opportunity to examine what may be getting in the way of your personal transformation and growth. It can also begin the process of removing impediments to you being the answer to what your child needs. Knowing better can be helpful but SEEING better can be the path to lasting change and growth.
